I'm a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and the founder of Relevé Counseling and Consulting, LLC. My work is rooted in the belief that children are capable, resilient, and deserving of a space where they feel truly seen and understood.
I specialize in working with children ages 3–12, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. My approach blends child-centered play therapy with directive techniques, always following the child's lead while holding a clear therapeutic framework.
I also work closely with parents — because the most powerful change happens when the whole family system is supported. Whether through parent consultations, family sessions, or coaching, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Why "Relevé"?
In ballet, a relevé is the movement of rising onto the tips of the toes — a moment of lift, balance, and grace achieved through practice and support.
It's a fitting metaphor for the work we do together. With the right support, every child and family can rise — not perfectly, but beautifully — to their fullest potential.
